Position Overview
Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a well-established Century City law firm seeking a professional and service-oriented Legal Receptionist & Office Services Coordinator to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within the legal industry while gaining exposure to attorneys, legal support staff, and law firm administration. The successful candidate will serve as the face of the office, ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitors while also providing hands-on administrative and office services support. Responsibilities
Reception & Client Services
- Welcome and assist clients, guests, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking detailed messages.
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and prepare meeting spaces for visitors.
- Maintain a polished and organized front office environment.
Office Operations & Administrative Support
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and shipping requests.
- Assist with scanning, filing, document preparation, copying, and printing projects.
- Organize legal files, binders, and presentation materials as needed.
- Monitor and replenish office, kitchen, and supply inventories.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members.
- Assist with records management and special projects across multiple departments.
- Support the day-to-day operational needs of the office to ensure efficiency and organization.
Qualifications
- Previous legal or law firm experience is required.
- At least one year of experience in a receptionist, administrative, legal support, or office services role.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional office setting.
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to assist with both front desk and office services responsibilities.
- Ability to move and transport office materials when necessary.

Required Work Hours
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Benefits
Competitive hourly pay range from $20 to $38, based on experience and qualifications.
